Building trust means establishing and maintaining a positive and respectful relationship with stakeholders based on honesty, transparency, reliability, and mutual understanding. By allowing team members to attend the weekly progress meeting either from home or the office, the project manager is demonstrating trust in their ability to work effectively and communicate clearly regardless of their location.
