This individual acts as the liaison between the business and the technical Implementation Team, ensuring alignment, timely responses, and that the business requirements are met.

Their key responsibilities include stakeholder communication, ensuring availability of business SMEs (Subject Matter Experts), resolving conflicts, managing dependencies on internal systems or departments, and escalating issues internally when roadblocks occur. This ensures the smooth execution of the project from the business side.

Effective management from the Client Team Project Manager is critical for success, as delays or miscommunications from the business side can stall the implementation timeline or lead to incomplete automation requirements. Their collaboration with the Implementation Team’s project manager also ensures project tracking, scope control, and successful delivery within budget and time.

TheDeployment and Hypercarestage is where the automation is prepared forlive operation, and thestability of the deployed solutionis closely monitored. This stage ensures that the automation, now in production, is performing as expected and that any early issues are resolved quickly.
